Named person on a special rate can't travel

Good day everyone...its been a while since I've logged in.

I have a quick question. I have future cruise that is booked using a special offer that one of my cabin mates was offered. Due to the current situation she may not want to travel (hoping she will change her mind). There are three of us traveling in total? Anyhow, if she decides LAST MINUTE that she doesn't want to go and no-shows, how will that effect the other two of us in the cabin? Will Carnival re-price the cruise when we try to board? Will the the two of us that are going be allowed to board without our entire party? It doesn't really matter if she loses her port taxes and fees, I'm just hoping that Carnival won't charge us more.

Thanks for any advice.

I would think that if the cruise is paid in full and everyone going is on board Carnival would not do anything because the only time they look at your rate that was paid is if you go to the Casino to claim your credits

If her documents say she must be present, you will be denied boarding

This happened to a friend several years ago.  He booked the room, everybody paid and then he had to have surgery.  The PVP told his party have him treated jsut as a "no show".  They were allowed to board and no additional charges were assessed.  However, any "perks" ( extra OBC, casino cash, treats delivered to the cabin) associated with that special casino offer were forfeited.

Just wondering if their special rate was the same casino offer I booked for Oct. It was basically a free cabin for the first 2 pax, $100 each with $200obc and third pax was only $169. Mine is Glory/NOLA/7nights. It was good for Sept. thru May on certain cruises. I initially booked with a token down payment because it was too good to pass up and I was willing to forfeit the money if necessary. If all cruises are cancelled until Nov. I may end up with $600obc but won't expect anything like the original offer.
