Website Problems?

When I logged into the Royal Caribbean website this afternoon,  my upcoming November cruise is gone. It shows I have 0 upcoming cruises. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? TIA.

Every time the  RC website has issues.

 

It is well known problem and discussed over & over...

Wow!  Just checked.  My Symphony cruise is missing too!

Somebody on one of my Roll Calls mentioned one missing, but I see it just fine. Like I told them, with the continuous issues the website has, I never question ANYTHING, until it’s been 4-5 days.

I know new posters might worry, but really, get used to it.

My 12-5-2021 Harmony Cruise is missing also.  I know the ship is coming back from Europe.  I'll check tomorrow and see if anyone on my roll call has the same problem.

I wonder if that's why my royal up offer says "Whoops, looks like that page has sailed away"? Strange!

Last night my December 2021 cruise was the only one missing; now all 7 are missing.  I used Chrome and Edge.  Will clear my cache

Cruise planner is fine now. IT finally woke up.

Thanks for heads up.  All 7 of my cruises are listed.  I also verified the 3 we have in 2021 earlier today with the D+ desk and while I was there, the Rep. added that we're both vaccinated on the files for these 3 sailings.

My Symphony cruise is back.  Darn. Would have loved to L&S that to 2023.

I wish whoever is in charge of Royal's IT would sail away. This has been going on for YEARS now.

My cruises are all back up in the website.  I hope they stay there.
