Celebrity App Issue

On Monday I paid for a last minute cruise Sept 6th. I signed into my app and added all my info. I still haven't been able to get a arrival time slot. It keeps saying wait until it's closer to my cruise which is only 37 days away. The week before I paid final for our October cruise and right away got my arrival time. Anyone else experience this?

I have had the same problem with a Sept 11 sailing on the Summit.  It's a casino comp cruise but I don't think that would make a difference.  We have one on the Equinox immediately following that one which I was able to schedule a boarding time weeks ago.

I called Celebrity and they said the Sept 6th boarding times haven't been released yet. So I guess I just keep trying each day.

This is what I've been doing.  Is yours on the Summit also?  I didn't see a Sept 6th cruise on Celebrity's website.

When I originally checked in the earliest time I could get was 1:30-2:00 bu then they must have loaded a lot more slots and was able to change it to 11:30.    Many  on our roll call have been reporting the same.    Today when I looks (out of curiosity  the 11:30 slots were sold out and earliest was 12:00.

I got 12 noon on Sept 24 cruise

I don't know why Sept 6 on Summit doesn't show online to book. Plus I can't get a arrival time, maybe they will cancel it. 🤷

I wasn't able to find that one either.  Ours on the 11th is still showing as available but still no luck with check in times. Maybe this is only a problem with the newer short cruises on the Summit.  At this point I'm holding on to my flight prior to the Equinox cruise just in case the cruise is cancelled.

Seems crazy but all we can do is wait I guess. 😩 There is another thread where someone is on Summit now with only 415 guests. I wonder if some of these will get canceled!!!

Also try getting your arrival time slot through your account on their website instead of the app.   For our Aug 8 cruise on the Equinox, the times showed up a couple of days earlier on the website than on the app.

And if you don't get the time your want, book one that's available but keep checking back.   We originally had a 12:30 check in and later were able to get 11:30.

I tried numerous ways and apparently others have the same issue. The message we get is We are not ready for you yet, try back closer to the cruise date"
