Request invoice

Does anyone know of a way I can request an invoice for a future cruise without having to actually speak to someone at P&O as I gather that is near impossible at the minute? Maybe an automated service or something? I never got a confirmation email and want to check my OBC is correct?

If you have already requested your invoice by E-mail and tried phoning  and failed

then I would fire off another E-mail to peoplesupport@carnivalukgroup.com    

as a complaint that you have still not received your confirmation . They may take pity 

on you and  give P&O a wake up call for you . As far as I'm aware looking through my 

paperwork the confirmation invoice is the only paperwork that shows the OBC.

I've never had an invoice?  An invoice is a request for payment.  I've only had a booking confirmation sent to me by my TA

I always get an invoice. P&O call it a “booking confirmation”.  It list passenger details including on board credit issued where applicable.

I think the invoice part is only that for the balance payment, the booking confirmation is exactly that, but includes a confirmation of the deposit paid.

Yes - a confirmation invoice.  That's what my TA called it last time I booked anyway ("Included in your booklet is a copy of your cruise operator's own confirmation invoice ...").

My TAs cruise booklet contains a P&O booking confirmation, even the TAs own booking summary in the booklet only contains a Payment transaction statement for the cruise deposit.

Not a sign of any invoice of any sort.😊😇

It doesn't matter what it's called ,everyone knows what you mean .I hope you get a reply soon

Just out of interest you have your booking confirmation but you require an invoice, just trying to figure out why you would need one.

No I don’t have booking confirmation - I never got anything sent when I booked it and I wanted to confirm my OBC was correct. I managed to ring up yesterday and request it sent again but never got that either 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ they definitely have the right email address as they confirmed it over the phone 😫

I assume you have checked in your Spam folder?

Yes I have checked there thanks 😀 lots of emails about my inheritance from my Nigerian Prince but no confirmation unfortunately 🤣🤣

Makes sense now but not to send you confirmation of booking is strange
