Didn't receive post cruise survey

I sailed on the 8/21 Panorama cruise and haven't received my post cruise survey.  I am the primary on the booking but somehow my husband received his and I have received mine.  And before anyone asks, yes I checked my spam folder.

 

Is there a way to request one?

I got mine from Mardi Gras a couple days ago. Maybe you can call and request one.

Someone asked John Heald recently about this.

 

Apparently not everyone gets one and there is no way to request it

 

But Carnival is Carnival never know you may get 10 in the mail soon

We sailed on the 8/21 Vista and I received our post cruise survey 9/03.

I've never gotten one from any sailing on carnival.

We get one every cruise including this past week on Mardi Gras.  Weird how some always get it and some never.  Kind of like jury duty.

I’ve gotten one on every Carnival cruise I have been on.  Most recently I got one 2 days after my return from the Miracle sailing of 8/24.

This has happened to me before. I'm always the primary and do EVERYTHING related to the cruise and Carnival sends the survey to my husband and not me. I guess if they don't actually want feedback, that's a good address to use. 😡
