Voom and surf 4 devices option 2 cabins

There is an option to get 4 devices on 1 plan.  We have 2 guest in one room and 2 in another.  When ordering it wants us to choose the guest that will use it.  Does this mean we can not share this plan with the 2 in the other room?

You totally can share it with the others. Look at it like this: it's not the guest who will "use" the plan but, rather, the guest who will be given the code to access the plan. That person can then give the code to whomever else they want.

Just remind the others travelling with you that the minute someone tries to connect a fifth device, one of the others will usually be summarily disconnected!

Friend of mine wanted to order the 3 device package for him his wife and me. I checked later and saw he had ordered the 3 device package for each of us. I went ahead and cancelled two of those for him. he understands now.

Only ONE person needs to place the order.  Once onboard that one person gives the code to the four people who are using the package…

We have shared when we were in the same cabin before.  If we check bother names in our room for the 4 device package, will they give us two passwords?  Sounds like it really doesn’t matter..

You get one login/password per package. If you wanted two logins/passwords, you'd have to buy two 2 device packages.

Thanks.  No need for 2 passwords.  So we ordered and found out that if you check both names you are ordering 2 - four device plans.  Btw, C&A finally answered.  We told them we already figured it out but they verified that 4 can use it even if staying in another cabin.  

‘That was the longest wait we have ever had for C&A to answer.
