Minna22 Posted September 16, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2021 How are y'all managing to get the Covid test results? Must be no more than two days before sailing and still travel to your port? We sail on a Saturday, can't get tested before Thursday, no pharmacy will guarantee test results that fast. And Minute Clinic may be down. What's the secret? sanger727 Posted September 16, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 16, 2021 Not getting a PCR test. Antigen and other rapid tests come back in less than 24 hours. A lot of people have turned to the at home antigen tests since those are harder to find.

Some research on the board for the cruise line you are sailing would be helpful...there are many people in the same situation you are, and you can see the resources those people are using. I see you are in Gilroy. You can use Worksite Lab in either San Jose or SF on Thursday morning, and get your results in 12-14 hours...well before you fly. Fly on Friday, and get on your ship Saturday.
dobiemom Posted September 17, 2021 #4 Share Posted September 17, 2021 I’ve had two rapid antigen tests, both with COVIDclinic.org (at different testing sites). Both times the results came in 15 minutes.
