Hey Dex!

Question for you about the covid test 48 hour timing.  Are they strict on the time we test 2 days before...ie boarding at 1pm, but test 2 days before at 11 am?

Also, does MSC test pre boarding at the pier?

Hope you are having a blast!

Haha..I answered my own question!  I just checked MSC website and they changed the wording from "taken 48 hours before departure" to  "taken within 2 days of departure."

The 48 hours before is not time driven, it's date driven.  You have until 11:59PM 2 days before the departure.  This was outlined in the Q&A.

No testing at pier by MSC although we did see a group in gear behind screen for this week not sure what it was for

Glad you’re having fun so far! Thanks for taking the time to post.
The picture of the chairs and umbrellas on Ocean Cay, do you have to rent one of those ahead of time on board the ship or on Ocean Cay?

Supposedly Exec Chairman here tomorrow so watch for possible press release.

We asked a question yesterday about an area with a specific answer and asked someone else today who said until they see facts they will not rumor.

I don’t think he is coming to talk about mini bar changes.

It's $12 ahead of time on website or $15 on the island.  Rental spot is right next to Seaker's Buffet.

Thanks @maureencruiserso far nothing is showing up for Ocean Cay for my cruise on 11/14.  Do you remember how far in advance you were able to pay to rent the umbrella?

Just noticed Divina went from Orange to Yellow on CDC chart. There was a covid policy update on their website yesterday.
We’ll see what’s announced after exec’s visit
