EZAir Flight fare drop question.

If your EZAir flight fare has dropped and you'd like the cheaper fare do you need to delete your existing reservations and start from scratch or can you "modify" the existing flight reservations and get the new fares.

To check your EzAir price -

- Go to Persaonalizer

- your upcoming cruise

- Travel

- Your flights will show

- GREEN box - Add or Modify (do not use RED that will cancel the booking)

- Change flights

- Select departure and return or one or both that you want to see

- select your flights as you did before

-  your old price and new price will show

- if higher price exit travel

- if cheaper price, continue 

- your new price booking will show

- With each Modification you will receive a NEW Princess booking #

- With each Modification you will  receive a NEW airline booking #

- With each Modification you need to re add seats and passenger number

Only problem is that you have to modify both directions. If one direction is less expensive but the other direction is more expensive or not available, you can't change just the one direction. I had this happen several times. The price went down or I could get a better connection in one direction, but my flights in the other direction were not available.

 

This is one advantage of booking a back-to-back (B2B). You book one direction on each cruise, Then you can change one without changing the other.

Thanks for the info.  I was able to save a couple hundred bucks and get a better flight.  Originally we only had 35 minutes between flights but now we have 2+ hours. Even if we made it I was afraid the luggage wouldn't.   With a 34 day transatlantic/Iceland/Norway cruise ahead of us not getting the luggage would not be a pleasant experience.

Yeah use online Modify feature. If you want to cancel EZAir and rebook, you can no longer do it online and must call in. Wait time can be long.
