I'm not sure if this is still true, but all of the ships I've sailed on have had a couple of outdoor smoking areas too - like one on the pool deck and a small outdoor smoking area with deck chairs on the promenade deck.  But it's been awhile for us, so things may have changed!

Yes, all Royal Caribbean ships allow smoking in the casino.

Depending upon where the ship is sailing, no indoor smoking on Ovation, quantum, Radiance or Serenade sailing from Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific. 😇

Was on Harmony a couple of weeks ago, smoking was definitely not allowed in the casino. DH spent a lot (too much lol) of time in there so he should know! 😁

Are there different smoking rules for European sailings like there are for Australian sailings?

Oh I’m not sure, could be I guess. Would explain why it appears that smoking is still allowed in the casinos on US sailings. We’re on the Anthem next Saturday, I’ll post if it’s still permitted on her.
