Hump cabins and elevators

On the Adventure of the Seas, the deck plan show no walls or any kind of separation between the elevators and the cabins. We’ve been in similar cabins on Celebrity ships and there is adequate separation of the areas and have had no noise issues. Appreciate any insight.

There is a wall with a fire door that can be closed such as they would do when cabins are not ready yet on boarding day.  It's a pretty wide door but not huge.  Scooters can drive through for example.

I was just in a hump balcony on a similar class this past weekend.  No real issues.

The elevators all open into the center part of the ship, into the elevator lobby.  They don't open directly into the hallway where the rooms are.

If your door is open and an elevator door is open, you're never going to see the people in the elevator from inside your room -- you'll see the wall at the back of the elevator.
