Princess cruise vacation planner

We just returned from the Majestic to Alaska a few weeks ago and received a notice that we have a new contact at Princess.  We would like to change cabins on an upcoming February cruise and have been unsuccessful in getting a response after numerous emails and phone calls.  Got one reply that she would call us at a specific time.... but no call.  Does anyone have a good contact there that they use?  Not real happy with Princess about this.  The last rep was not very good either, but at least returned calls.  By the way, the Alaska cruise was great!

Call Princess and request a new PVP.

Our PVP gets back to us almost immediately each time we contact them.  Started with Princess in 1985 and we are now on our third PVP with good results, thankfully!

Just call the main Princess number and ask to make the change. Most of the PCP people don't stay long anymore. I gave up on them years ago.

I have generally had good luck calling the main number and talking to whomever answers. I have a PVP, but did not find they were any more helpful to me during this last go around (book, rebook, then Princess rebook). I am seriously considering engaging a TA for my next cruise, though I have booked everything directly so far.

Same here, I always use a TA for the perks. I liked the old way much better when you didn't have to turn it over to the TA until final but this works.
