First time getting cruise credit. How long does it take to get it and where do you see it?

Some have said they received in a couple of weeks others have said a few months.  I received mine in four separate installments over 5 weeks.

I was told when I cancelled that it would be 4 - 6 weeks.  I cancelled July 26th and did not receive correct FCC amount until Oct 4th, 10 weeks.  That particular transaction took quite a bit of serious fussing on my part to get the correct amount (they'd shorted me $620).  I had to request the info and my TA had to send it to me.

I'm not taking any more FCC.  Too hard to track when transferring parts to another sailing and when that gets cancelled, trying to track to get it all back, yada, yada, yada.  Cash refunds have been coming within 30 days.

Lucky you. Our refund for the 9/6 Summit cancellation on 8/10 has yet to be refunded. We're told it's taking up to 90 days 🤬

My Reflection TA which was scheduled to sail this week 😂 was cancelled mid-June.  I received a pittance of the refund mid-September and I am still waiting for the balance...four months later!!!  My travel agent keeps hearing "another week; another week."  She's told the work is done by one agent...likely working with an abacus.  Funny how they can process a charge within minutes, but a refund is a totally different story.

I received my entire refund for Silhouette's TA in 8 days.  The small amount of FCC I had on it took three weeks.  It's been a month since I cancelled Millie's Feb 3 cruise, and await $2,000 in FCC.

Side issue:  The =X= website is not allowing me to redeem my FCCs (which clearly expire December 31, 2022)  on Equinox sailing December 22, 2022.  Has anyone else had issues applying FCC to cruises departing under the new, later sail-by deadline?

Took 4MONTHS for my cancelled Caribbean cruise and we are Elite Plus.Patience.

your status has nothing to do, one way or the other, with the timing of the refund.  I've only 5 cruises so clearly no status and my refund took 5 weeks.
