DH  just  asked if they  were doing  twice daily  housekeeping   on board.   We are in a mini suite  if that makes any  difference.

You have the option of once or twice daily service.

We are currently on the Emerald Princess cruise in a balcony room and our room is receiving twice daily housekeeping. However we know someone on board with an inside room and they only receive service once a day.

 

We did not make a special request for evening turn down.

When I was on the Majestic in August, I tried to communicate to my steward that I'd like just nightly service. But he gave me both morning and nightly service. Apparently there are some things they only do during the morning.

Just off Majestic and room service was my only complaint ..we would leave Cabin around 8am and put the room service light on outside the room...only once was the room ever done before our return 12.30 pm.

I did mention this in my survey .
