Well, the email I sent off today should give them a good view of that fifth circle, J!   It’s not even about the miserable $100 OBC (we’ve written off a number of €200 deposits over the years). It’s the fact that they’ll pull a stunt like this.

Yeah!!!!!!  Finally got a boarding time and cabin for our 27 November Seashore sailing.  Haven't figured out why it was such a weird process but now I can focus on getting Covid tests scheduled for Friday after Thanksgiving.  Once the appointments are made I will rest easier.

Got mine too for 12/4 sailing on Seashore.

 

They took my nice room away and gave me a regular balcony. Spent an hour on the phone and it is being worked on. They told me that cabin is being reserved for Covid people???   So I told them that my friends are in the adjacent cabin so they are going to be next to a covid room?

 

 I messaged my friends while on the phone with MSC and they immediately got a call to MSC to verify that.

Their rep told them that's false, so I had a good time catching them in a bold face lie as I kept messaging and relaying to who I was talking with.

 I ended up with a 5 page form I needed to fill out and send to MSC.

 

I also started addressing the Salsa cruise issue and have revived that a little as well.

Do you really believe that anyone who amswers the phone for MSC is savvy enough to understand caller ID?
