Victory Cruise

I am very much looking forward to our 6/2 Great Lakes cruise.  Since Cruise Critic does not have a forum for Victory, I thought I would post here.  Is anyone else going on this cruise or willing to share their past experiences on Victory?  Thanks so much.

Both these threads have been moved to "Other Cruise Lines," which is for all ocean cruise lines that don't have a separate forum.  If you search on 'victory' there you will find several other threads.

But why then was the "American Queen Steamboat Company" link changed to "American Queen Voyages"?  AQV appears to be AQSC + Victory.  The small Victory ships seem to be strictly coastal rather than what I would call "ocean."  If AQV on Cruise Critic excludes Victory, maybe the CC name should be changed back to AQSC?  Just wondering.

Agree. There has been a big feature on CC highlighting the lines

Not sure now where to ask this, but here goes...

I am looking at the 2024 Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway cruises that go all the way between Chicago and Montreal.

My question for those that have ever done it, is which direction is preferable?
