Do not know how "professional" the lady and gentleman were, but they had such voices when they performed in an abbreviated version of La Boheme on Meraviglia, January 2020.  One more thing that has made a major positive impression on me about MSC.  A rendition of an opera on a mass market designed cruise ship?  Never experienced anything like that during my previous 60 cruises.
