I thought I had dodged the lousy MSC customer service bullet!

I  reluctantly was very positive (bragging) about a my dealings with MSC. Well my booking in January has a few changes..  first price drop and forget getting an adjustments or OBC and it was substantial too💰, next the cabin I carefully picked has disappeared 🌬..Magically I am now in a guarantee, then they have dropped St Thomas  which is why I booked that particular cruise. So I am in the frustrated at MSC club..it’s no Yacht Club either. 🤷‍♀️

we are all in the same bucket. St Thomas dropped for a lot of ppl, and EVERYONE is now in a guarantee.

I understand, experience very similar, always positive about MSC, cruised several times each on three of their ships, have never had any issues - until now.
