On the HAL ships, in particular the Eurodam, can you tell me if you can sign into a streaming service or in the alternative can you plug a  UBS into the TV?

In general, the ports on the HAL tv sets are not in a place where you can use them. In addition, the remote is limited and you can't change ports or much else other than selecting the content HAL provides.

On world cruises, some bring there own tv’s so they can perform 21st century functionality.

TV's on Koningsdam don't have any accessible ports.   They are more of a monitor than a TV
