I think that there may be many non drinking nights in my future, which could be a good thing. I've been trying to get it under control for awhile, and I think that I may have hit a wall... I'd certainly save a lot of money. I would be pretty angry if I had paid outright for Cheers this cruise.

Filet mignon, medium rare. Onion rings and macaroni and cheese... Steak is cooked pretty nicely, with a good crust.

They dropped off my liquor, which is cool, and also some beach towels, which I never had to begin with from the start of the cruise... I'm going to try and get this one suitcase knocked out, or maybe I'll wait until morning. I know that they want us out of the room by 8:30, although there's not much to do in here but change the bedding and a quick wipe down of the bathroom. I've looked inside some of the rooms they're cleaning as I walk by, and it's amazing how messy most people are. I would hate to even imagine the worst of what they've seen...

I also got my second towel animal of the week, but that's my fault, not his. I've had the snoozing sign up since day one.

 

 

And, it looks like he also "pre staged" some towels for the next person on my bathroom counter.

Don't tell the guys at work that their liquor is padded with all my dirty laundry. To be clear, it's in plastic garbage bags. It's all taped up and secure, as long as the TSA doesn't rip it apart.

Looks like while he was in here, he moved all my stuff on the counter and cleaned under it. That's specifically why I've had him locked out all week. The second I remove the barrier, he comes in and moves all my stuff. The problem isn't moving it, but I know these guys are going from room to room, cleaning God only knows what, and then comes in here and starts touching all my stuff...

Thank you for the virtual cruise … your review was amazing, fun, filled with humor and most importantly food porn loaded!  I felt like I was on the cruise and my daily excursion was tending to work work lol.  I am now fully prepared for the Christmas Mardi Gras cruise!!!

It's almost nine o'clock, which is almost as late as I've been up all week... I'm going to have one more here at Alchemy, and then I'm done for the night. Done for the cruise... By this time tomorrow, I'll be home, and this will all be but a memory. I wish that I could've put forth a better performance for my "swan song" review... Instead, I feel like I failed myself, as well as all of you at home... No idea whatsoever what's wrong with me this week, but I'm just not all there... Hopefully, I'll get my "mojo" back sooner than later. I'm having this one last drink, made by "Nikola#2", although they're both great. I just have to differentiate between them somehow... Tequila something...

@sid_9169 let's look at the numbers for a second... you have almost 1500 posts- not all yours! and over 130 individuals have posted on this review. I can only speak for myself but I'm pretty sure most are like me- if the review isn't engaging, if I am not interested in what the person is sharing, if I'm disappointed in the content of it, I don't bother posting, I don't bother reading, I just move on.

 

I think it's pretty obvious from the numbers that this is not the case here... even if you feel it's not up to your usual standards, there are a ton of us enjoying coming along for the ride!!! So don't be hard on yourself- just chill out tonight, go to bed when you want to and don't obsess about Cheers- like you said, it was OBC anyway!

 

So have a good evening, safe travels tomorrow and enjoy the trip home!

Honestly it was a fantastic review, probably the closest you can get to actually being on the ship but not. The photos are great and yeah, the food porn is extraordinary. She’s an amazing ship. I’m sorry you weren’t able to enjoy it as much as you allowed us “loyal readers” to. Maybe taking a break and making your next trip all about you instead of giving so much to us may help you get some joy back. Maybe if we’re really lucky, after a bit of time you‘ll be willing to take us on again. Either way, thanks for this. It has been one of the best cruises that I’ve never been on, (but really wanted to be). You have quite a gift. Thanks for sharing.
