2018…one of my dream cruises Maria used habanero infused vodka and fished the habanero pepper out of a don julio bottle and muddled it for my drink..and made a spicy rim. I think that drink burned my esophagus.

Agreed that it must be used sparingly.  It's to be cherished and experienced a bit at a time, like a nicely aged single malt scotch.
