How to check Blue Chip tier and points?

Is there a way to log in and check my Blue Chip tier? Is it possible to track points as well?
 

Just one more thing I seem to have forgotten in all this time without cruising!

I am currently on the Apex….. on my sea pass card it says Blue Chip with Pearl underneath…. what is Blue Chip ?

You can call Blue Chip and they can tell you what your tier score is. I'm actually having a problem with this very issue now. The tier credits from my June cruise on Apex have still not posted. I've made a dozen calls over the past 6 months trying to get this resolved but the points still don't show. It's baffling really. I was just on the Apex again over Thanksgiving and spoke with Sylvia, the host, and she told me that she has sent the information to Blue Chip numerous times. It's amazing how something so simple can be such an issue. I've pretty much given up hope of ever seeing those points. The points from my Thanksgiving cruise have already posted however. Go figure. 

 

NHCRUISIN, Pearl is the tier level with the casino. Like the Captains club, the casino has it's own tier system. You can ask the casino host Sylvia about it and she can give you all the information you need on Blue Chip Club. If you do, please tell her Bob and Melissa said hello.

I really, really dislike the Blue Chip Club. Yes, call them and they can tell you what your tier and accumulated points are. On Board freeplay is calculated by the Casino on your new cruise and is minimum what your tier level gives you or based on your previous cruise casino play, whichever is higher. On board comps based on your play is calculated ONLY on the last day of your cruise and can be used only to offset onboard charges other than gratuities or casino cash advances. Future comps to be applied to a future booked cruise is calculated after your cruise and Blue Chip club may tell you what you earned to apply to a future cruise booking through Blue Chip Club.

If you are Pearl it means you have bet at least $1 of your own money.    Unfortunately I haven't hit Pearl yet.   LOL   Somehow Iain is after playing a $5 free play and winning but replayed and lost his bet.
