Rare AnyMajorCruiseDude Posted December 26, 2021 #3 Share Posted December 26, 2021 We got a bottle of champagne (good stuff) and some flowers and extra snacks, etc. That was just before covid about two years ago. Special table at Captain's party and recognition.
Rare Waynetor Posted December 26, 2021 #4 Share Posted December 26, 2021 On all the live threads posted since start up I have not seen any reference to this but we hit 500 on the first segment of a 3 segment voyage around South America just before shut down. We got a bottle of champagne on the first segment. We got fresh flowers on each segment plus a mixed plate of snacks on each formal night. The best thing was about a half hour up on the bridge of the ship. The captain greeted us there and then a navigator spent time going over procedures and answering questions. I could see the bridge tour being cancelled due to Covid but not the other bonuses.
Rare PescadoAmarillo Posted December 26, 2021 #5 Share Posted December 26, 2021 We celebrated 1250 day on the first Emerald Princess cruise after the shut down. I wasn’t expecting anything but we were well celebrated. Good champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, candy, flowers, breakfast in Sabatini’s, and it was announced at the Captains Circle party (we were also most traveled). It was very nice. (We also got a bottle of wine from Guest Services, but I think that was because of being most traveled).
AVCruzers Posted December 26, 2021 #6 Share Posted December 26, 2021 On a recent Majestic cruise, those people were recognized at the Captain Circle party. Don't know about any other perks.
Rare Pirateskigirl Posted December 26, 2021 #7 Share Posted December 26, 2021 On the Regal, those folks were recognized at the Captain Circle party on the last formal night. The top 3 most travelled got a nice tote bag with goodies in them and bottles of good champagne at the party.
MissP22 Posted December 26, 2021 #8 Share Posted December 26, 2021 It's up to the Capt. Circle host to make sure you get the milestone celebrations perks. If you missing anything be sure to let them know ASAP.
paul929207 Posted December 26, 2021 #9 Share Posted December 26, 2021 Princess calls it a milestone cruise. The special treatment is for the cruise where you have your 500th, 750th. Starting with 750, you get breakfast at Sabitini's in addition to the other things mentioned above.
