Bubbles package. Can you get club soda or soda water?

Hi, Cruising solo for first time and don't feel like drinking a lot  Can you use the bubbles package to have them make you a a soda water and bitters or lime/lemon for a little extra zing without having to have the sugar and artificial sweeteners in soda?

FYI, the club soda comes in small cans which they'll give you either sealed or they'll open the can and pour it for you.  Therefore probably your best odds for receiving what you want is to ask for "A can of Club soda with a glass of (if desired) ice and bitters".

It would be nice if Carnival offered something like Royal Caribbean's packages.  They have 3 types of packages, with the Refreshment Package having coffee and mocktails.

Now Carnival carries Bubbly brand drinks which are similar to La Croix.
