Received same letter for our Freedom B2B, 12/12- to 12/26. Was curious since we have a Hawaii cruise for 02/20/ 2022. Opened the health questionnaire, all was completed except we had to verify we were vaccinated.

Did you get yours before O'Reilly Auto Parts sold out of them?   They're showing "Not available for purchase now."

I received one for my December 16 sailing. I had to check to see if it was meant for my May sailing but it would have been way too early.
