Just received email to complete my Health Assessment (for our recent Christmas sailing) :)

Was it time-stamped 3:06pm (EST)?  I just got THREE for our cruises last year, one for our September, one for October and one for November cruise.  But DIDN'T get one for our cruise that leaves in 12 days.

As part of the pre-boarding information needed, all guests are expected to complete a health assessment. If you have not already completed this, please log on to Carnival.com  and go to the Cruise Manager located in "Manage My Booking” to complete the assessment on your "to-do list". If you haven’t created an account, you will be required to do so before taking the assessment.  

Also, please note that part of the assessment asks you to reaffirm your responses to the vaccine survey you previously submitted. If you have already completed both, please disregard this message.  Otherwise, please do so now to expedite your processing at the cruise terminal.  We greatly appreciate your time and cooperation.

I received same email for Sept 4 cruise and Oct 14 cruise.  I checked my Health Assessment on my Cruise Manager and both mine and my DH's says "complete".  Are we not supposed to complete the Health Assessment 72 hours before embarkment?  I'm so confused...🙈

Hilarious. I got one, too, for September. But I never received an email telling me about our ship change from the Horizon to Liberty for our cruise leaving this Sunday. Carnival's email system needs work.
