We ae booked in cabins E436 and 438 on Majestic. April 2, 2022, not a lot of cabin choices. I understand that these are Obstructed but that is not a problem. My question is about noise from Promenade deck below. Bistro Sur Mer is below but I don't think that would be a problem.

Zero noise, the restaurant during the day is used for crafts, and night there's rarely people dining.

I’ve had E436 on Royal Princess which is over Crooners bar & never had any noise issues. There is no obstruction when looking outward & only when looking downward onto the open Promenade deck or aft with lifeboats.

Sorry about the inverted photos which happened when adding them on CC. 😳

Thanks for replies and photos ! Those cabins are also less expensive 🙂

Also some of the midship Emerald deck cabins have slightly larger balconies & are in the most stable location on the ship which helps my wife’s mal de mer tendencies. 😊

We were three cabins forward in E424 on Majestic for 7 nights last November, and we did not have any noise problems.

Excellent, thanks pretty much the same things below on Promenade.

Astro Flyer we usually choose forward cabins in mid-aft section. I think it must be Spring Break because Apr 2 sailing has a lot fewer cabins to choose from.

Looking forward to easy access to Plaza, one flight down.
