Can you get a cash refund if you pay with FCC?

We have paid the bulk of our cruise with a FCC and have only a couple of hundred dollars to pay with a US agent.

 

Not sure how a cash refund works if we cancel since we haven't made full payment or do we have to accept another FCC?

Celebrity refunds to credit cards. Not all FCC is refundable. Each FCC given has conditions. I have 250 but only 200 was my money. There is no way they would give the extra 50 as a refund. Some of my deposits were non refundable as well

I think the rule is if you pay with FCC, you get issued FCC's upon cancelling...not sure how the dates etc are handled.

My understanding is the same as PTC DAWG.      At least that is what happened to me.   I got back a combination of FCC and Credit Card Refund.
