The host told us our points two nights ago and we were pleasantly surprised. We double checked with the other host on the same night, and she had the same total, and even pointed to the rewards on the sheet that we would receive at the end of the cruise. After a night of gambling last night, we went to check the points and it was significantly less (over 1000 points less) so we were very confused. She said she’d look into it and get back to us. Later on in the evening she said she double checked and that the points she’d told us are correct and she cant see the higher amount anywhere. We asked for a meeting with the casino director tonight. The casino IT system is run by RCI IT and the first number they gave you was wrong. There might be nothing to reconcile if the first number was wrong. RFerrington Posted January 19, 2022 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2022 Having been Prime since the program began, I can honestly say I have never been pleasantly surprised by accumulated points. It really sucks, but my suspicion is that they original numbers they quoted you were probably wrong. So wrong that you even checked twice. We’ve never gambled on board before so we had no clue what amount of points to expect. It was many nights in, not the 1st night.
