Players Club Postcard, booking Casino promotion question

Very difficult to reach help at princess. Can anyone share how one books a promo that is called CASINO without having to call and which includes all of the perks listed on the postcard? How do you find which cruises this applies to?

I can book casino offer by logging in to Personalizer. Then go back to email & click on casino offer. At the top of my cruise search. It says casino rate. Click on that & see cruises available to book. Go through booking process to you almost reach payment step & a box pops up showing discounted casino rate

We have always had to call

I call the number on the offer when it's a free cabin.  If it's just a discount, I contact my TA who has the ability to input the CASINO code in the appropriate place to trigger the discounts.  And if you have an email offer, you can also see the discounts by logging in to Princess and then then clicking on the email to open a second version with the casino tab visible to show the cruises and discounted fares as dog mentioned.  I did book a cruise myself last year by doing this and then transferred it to my TA.
