For whatever reason they are doing 6 and 8 night trips on Allure. Price per day is what matters so thanks for the detailed info on that. Very helpful to explain to friends who will be on with us.

We were very well entertained!
joand452 Posted February 5, 2022 #556 Share Posted February 5, 2022 (edited) The “cruising ducks” are big over on Carnival. I tried it—once—on an Anthem cruise in 2019. They were fun to put together, but not fun to hide. I believe the QR code takes you to the FB page for posting your photo. I think the only ones making money off this are Amazon (where I purchased my dozen ducks) and Office Depot—my vendor for printer ink and card stock! I can’t figure how to post a photo, so @BennyBrun do you remember where the shop in St. Thomas was that had local artwork and jewelry? There were dark blue shutters as doors. Looked to be down a cobblestone alley. Haven’t been to STT in years, and I like to buy local artwork and/or jewelry. Thanks! If you look up esquire shop St.Thomas that’s where it is.

I was going to book onto the Allure in March because I wanted to see Grease 😂 but the schedule does not work for me so I am going back onto the Oasis then to the Jewel for a consecutive cruise. Sugar rush by Sugar Beach … I got the sugar free triple chocolate and they got it from sugar beach!

UDP price varies between the class of ships Oasis class being the most expensive. If you are on an Oasis Class for a 7 night, anywhere in the $166-$179 range is consider a good deal. Not sure about a 6 night because never done a 6 nighter but if the average is below $29.00 per night then it’s a good deal. They do not sell the UDP onboard. A good deal is about $24-$20 per night that’s not Oasis class. I just bought the UDP for my Allure cruise in July for $189 for an 8 night cruise with 4 sea days. If I exclusively eat at specialty restaurants for every available meal, it comes out to $17 per meal. That is 7 dinners and 4 lunches. Should be an interesting experiment! 1

Don’t forget you can also pop in for desserts only at Playmaker ( the s’mores cookie is a game changer) or Johnny Rockets Apple pie a la mode with cheddar cheese !! More bang for your buck!

Rare perfect match Posted February 5, 2022 #574 Share Posted February 5, 2022 I just learned to never let life get in the way of reading a Benny Brun review! It’s been a busy week, and I’ve fallen way behind. Just finished page 12, and that will have to be it for tonight. Sleep calls 💤 I’ll be back soon to finish catching up! Great review and great pictures! Thank you for taking the time to do it! 1

I don’t see any of my favourite mini croissants sandwiches. Love those for late night (sometimes very late) snack after casino. I’m sure I could pick something from above though.
