Looking for contact to dispute a charge that shows I made on my cruise

If you email Customer Service regarding billing errors just be aware that responses seem to be taking quite a while and you may be better off calling. The Reps will likely need to transfer you to Guest Relations which will result in another hold time so have your phone fully charged. 

 

For crew compliments  the post cruise survey has a place for those comments if you haven’t filled those out yet.

In the future it is best to watch your bill while you are on board the ship

That way you can deal with errors right when they occur

You can also call your credit card company as sometimes they will take off small disputed errors just on your word
