Does Barcelona port have rapid COVID testing available

I will be flying into Barcelona before doing a Holland America cruise. Will they have testing available at the port before boarding just in case it is needed?

It was when we sailed on Royal in September. At that time, a pre-boarding test at the port was mandatory.

This is a question best answered by Holland America.  Protocol are constantly changing, but the cruise line decides what they will and will not make available (complimentary or $$) to passengers.  Otherwise, research local Barcelona options to take the bull by the horns.  In which case, your Barcelona hotel may be able to offer information.
