COVID Test Result

I am not sure if this has been answered before or the right area to ask, but I was wondering if someone can tell me where I can get the COVID Results if my returning country requires COVID negative testing.  Does Silversea provide the test requirement? Thank you.

Hi, yes, on every cruise I have taken (4 of them in 2021) the cruise line provided Covid Testing. It was the rapid antigen test and there was no extra charge.

To the OP in LA, you just need a lateral flow test to fly to the US and as Lois says, I believe you’ll get it on board with no difficulty. 
To anyone who needs a PCR, you’ll have to get that done ashore. The ships have PCR machines but they aren’t licensed laboratories and you can’t use the results for travel.

What about if you are staying a few days after the cruise—-do most airports offer the test before departing?

 Most hotels can arrange a covid 19 test for you prior to you boarding your flight for departure.
