Looks like Sea State 4 ... Moderate Seas ... Saturday night through Sunday night. A little pitching ... that is it. However, could be 40-45 knots relative wind over the deck if Sky Princess sails at 20 knots or so. Hold onto your hat outside.

On Celebrity we knew if the barf bags were placed outside the elevators we were in for very rough seas.  😂

I recall one of our Atlantic crossings, heading into 20-25 foot seas. Ship was battened down and guest were advised not to move about. Waves broke over the deck 5  railing. The Solstice took it like a champ.

The master of the ship altered course to reduce roll and said a few prayers. It was a wonderful time. My lovely wife and I sat in the champagne bar consuming caviar and sipping Dom Perignon.

Thanks for the updates, keep them coming. I love the weather. When we lived in Delaware the snow storms were fun to track, but sure am glad to be in South Carolina now and don't miss the snow.

I have been following your thread here, and just wanted to come back to add you were right!

We’re getting tossed about, aren’t we?

I am on board too right now, and wow!!

Hoping it settles out for St Thomas!

I know it could be worse, but I’ve never had trouble sleeping from the creeks and crackles in the room - don’t know why I thought that wouldn’t be the case on a newer ship. (We are mid forward, Caribe)

Thanks NavArch64 for the great info!
