US Entry COVID Test Requirement

Recommended Posts

If your question only relates to a US citizen's entry to USA, then why is it posted on Spain Ports forum?

Just to be clear, entry into Spain requires proof of vaccination.  No test is required.

Entry into USA requires test.  A self test/home test is acceptable in certain circumstances .....

Go down page to 'Test and Documentation Requirements' and then 'Does a self test meet the conditions of the order'.

Of course the date of travel will have a bearing on the regulations that will be relevant at that time.

Do you need the booster COVID vaccine to enter Spain through a cruise ship? Or are there first two good enough?

You need the booster to enter Spain in general, unless the second shot of the primary course was less than 270 days before entry date.  To put it another way, if you have only had the primary course of two shots and the second shot was more than 3 months ago, then you cannot enter Spain.
