Best way to show crew appreciation, besides cash?

This was the OP.  So I will answer again as apparently I didn't address this.  Cash in envelopes provided plus a thank you note.  And a 10 on the survey.  This will matter much more than Powerade or Hershey bars.

 

As long as you do not remove the auto grats, they keep the cash directly.

 

Unless, they are set up to pool tips like at some bars.  At the pool bar on Grandeur, there is a tip bucket on the back ledge.  Any cash tips goes into the bucket.
