Celebrity App Question

Hello to all! We are taking our very first Celebrity cruise in May. We have cruised several times on Carnival and Royal Caribbean. We downloaded the Celebrity app for our Equinox cruise and entered our information including our covid vaccination cards. For the last week the app still says, "Validating Your Record". Does anyone know how long this process generally takes?  Thank you in advance.

Can only comment on personal experience for my upcoming cruise on April 25.

 

Completed all required information including the upload a vaccination record on March 11, records were approved by March 16 or 17.

It seems to vary.  We have done 4 cruises since the restart and validation has taken taken from 2 weeks to 1 day. In 1 case a card didn’t upload properly and I had to redo it.  
BTW you still need to show you original card at the pier.

We sailed in December and it took about 3 weeks for it to be validated. We checked in for our upcoming cruise last Monday and it’s still waiting to be validated. Either way, proof has to be shown at the port, so I’m not too worried about it
