Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale port?

Hey, FL travelers...will be flying in and out of MCO before and after Aug/Sept cruise. Staying in Winter Garden area.

What are recommended options from Orlando to FLL port?

Planes, trains, automobiles, buses? Hitch-hiking?

Bruce is right - one way car rental.  The drive takes about 3.5 to 4 hours.

Southwest and Spirit fly the route but they're not cheap and choices are very limited.

Amtrak traverses the route but their arrival may not be conducive with a cruise sailing.

Best bet is definitely a one way rental car.

Enterprise has a location in Winter Garden.

One way car rental is the easiest way to go. Pick up rental In Orlando and return it in Fort Lauderdale near. Port Everglades. At the conclusion of your cruise pick up rental vehicle and return to Orlando. The ride is approximately two hundred twenty five miles and should take you around four hours.
