Just a quick update to let you all know that if you are looking at a cruise that has shore excursions available for it, you can once again enter your email address using the prompt you see below, and will receive a PDF of all the tours with pricing and start times. We have also added maps for those users browsing the website on a mobile device, as well as a few other minor improvements.

Thank you all for your patience and if you have any questions please let me know, and we'll have more improvements coming soon!

Thank you Mr Moore for always communcating on these boards with us and the efforts of the Regent team to improve the website.

On a different topic, you were super helpful on March 31st when I had been trying for 4 days to reserve the Helsinki excursions that replaced St Petersburg.  The segment guests had access for days before the Grand Voyage guests.

Today, we were or are suppose to have access for the ports that were changed for the Navigator July 23rd segment.

I checked after midnight and this morning.  They are not posted.  I understand that there are many hours left today for them to post but I was hoping you could be so helpful and check to see if they really will be posting today, approximately when, and if the Grand Voyage guest will have access or just the segment guest?   This will be very helpful so Im not checking every hour to see if they have posted.   I completely understand if they need more time.  I just dont want to be checking if they are not going to be posted.  Thank you very much for your assistance and any information.   It is truly appreciated.

This worked perfectly.  Thank you!

I have a question… there is a port (Naha, Okinawa) with excursions on the pdf for the Sushi, Sake, and Shimizu cruise March 28, 2023… and this port is not shown on the website for April 7, instead it shows Nakagasuku, Okinawa, and no excursions are available to reserve.

which port is correct, and how do we reserve excursions?

I'm also waiting for the shore excursions to be uploaded for the July 23rd Navigator. Very annoying that Regent didn't load them last night.

Mrstanley..just wanted to let you know for the new days of the July 23rd Navigator cruise, I just booked Kirkwall, both days in Edinburgh, and New Castle excursions.  As of 8:35pm EST there was no excursions listed for Molde or Bruges for me.  Im on the Grand Voyage.  One of the gentlemen on the July 23rd segment stayed he booked all the new ports except Molde.  I hope this helps.

Hi @Mike Moore I will be able to book excursions soon for 5-5-23 and 5-20-23 on Navigator.  The Click here line to request the pdf files are not visible for either cruise.  Thanks for checking on this!

The link only appears once shore excursions are built for the cruise. We make every attempt to have them available about one year out, but some times it takes a bit longer.

I'll get an answer for you as soon as I can.

Maybe I'm missing something here - but, since many can book their excursions at the one year out mark, the pdf is needed at least a week or more before that to enable your customers to select their tours. So how can it be that it is "sometimes a bit longer?"

My wife and I are also on this cruise. In March 2021, I received an email from Regent removing Naha from the itinerary and replacing it with Nakagasuku. Excursions will likely show up in the future. I check online from time to time. You can also give Regent a call to check if the excursions already exist but have not yet been loaded onto the website.

While we make every effort to have tours finalized well before one year prior to cruises, the occasional itinerary change, new port or other logistical issue leads to tours not being available until inside a year, but it is relatively infrequent and we strive to make it the exception to the rule.

Hello Mr Moore.

Differnt topic: Navigator July 23rd had many changes to itinerary and several of the new added excursions were posted Friday night.  The segment passengers were able to book Bruges Aug 10th but not the Grand Voyage passengers.  Is this a computer problem?    Can you please let them know about the issue.  Thank you very much and thank you for any information on when this will be rectified.

This happened recently on another longer voyage. I’m sure the appropriate department is still building the inventory. Rest assured that when they do so, the inventory for the Grand Voyage is set differently, so you are not in risk of missing out of a tour because it is filling from segment passengers. I’ll try to get you an answer Monday.

Yes...it happened to me on another segment that had the St Petersburg days substituted.  It did all work out.  I just want to make sure they know it is happening again with Bruges.

I appreciate you looking into it for me.  I appreciate the entire Regent team that I know is working hard on these itinerary changes.  Have a great day!!!

@makai 7 - this should be addressed by the end of the day. Thank you for your patience!

Still checking on the other issue with Navigator - stay tuned!

For the Navigator 7/23 cruise any idea why we can book shore excursions on all the ports except Molde? When will those be available for booking. Thanks
