What do the metal water bottles look like?

You probably can  but Oceania is no longer supplying the single use  bottles

Yep, not insulated.  Even if you fill them with ice, it melts quickly.  We bring our own hydroflasks which retain ice all day.

The only issue we had with the metal bottles is the lack of an insulation inner core. Whatever cold liquid you put in warms up to ambient temp pretty fast.

The provided water bottles are horrible.  We find them useless as they sweat and don't keep cold water cold. If you want to carry cold water, bring your own insulated container.
