Is Sabatini's open on most ships?

I've seen it mentioned that Sabatini's (and sometimes Crown Grill) has been closed.     

 

We typically eat in the Specialty Dining venues because we like the atmosphere.      We are cruising on the Ruby on 6/9 and would love to hear from anyone currently onboard, but I'm also curious if this is a fleet wide "thing".

Not sure where you've read that the specialty restaurants are closed?

They were both open on the Grand in December and March

I was just on the Ruby in April on a B2B. The first week they were both open, the second week they rotated on nights open, due to staffing.

Sabatinis is currently closed on the Emerald.

I never heard on the passenger count. Walking around in the evening, it seemed that they could have possibly have been.

Was open on both the Sky and Enchanted on our cruises

Sabatinis is currently closed on the Rital. We are at about 40% capacity and crew is about 70%.

Sabatini's  is closed  on Royal Princess.  Crown grill is open

I wonder how they are accommodating everyone that has gift vouchers or promotional free specialty dinners if some ships are down to closed restaurant.  It was difficult to get reservations when the ship was NOT at capacity and both restaurants were open.  Does that mean service is being compromised and you are rushed through your dinner?

Wow, that's a lot more closed than I thought.   We are in trouble because 75% of our meals are already pre-booked in Sabatini's.    Argh.....
