KATHYMAC68 Posted May 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2022 Royal Caribbean has 6 excursions listed and all sold out. We will be there in mid October. What is there to do/see? Best restaurant for lobster rolls? Anything walking distance? Any suggestions are appreciated!
disneyochem Posted May 30, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2022 I booked a couple of tours with this company: https://olistrolley.com/ Good reviews on TripAdvisor and on my roll call.

Ashland Posted May 31, 2022 #4 Share Posted May 31, 2022 A ship booked excursion isn't the best option for this port. We've booked directly with Acadia National Park for their shuttle tour and it was wonderful. On another port stop there we booked with a group from our roll call "At Your Service" again a great option.

Yes...good shopping, restaurants, ice cream store and some great bakeries. Bar Harbor is a great port stop and we'll be going again in Oct 2023.
shipgeeks Posted May 31, 2022 #7 Share Posted May 31, 2022 There is a free bus loop that circles the area. No advance reservations; just show up.
