Rare scooter6139 Posted July 12, 2022 #251 Share Posted July 12, 2022 Thanks for posting the Haven dinner menu. Can you get ones of the Breakfast and Lunch? Want to know what changed and/or what to expect when we go in December. Thanks in advance!
Rare graphicguy Posted July 12, 2022 Author #252 Share Posted July 12, 2022 Capt Luigi doesn’t mess around. His Sailaways are on the minute of scheduled departures. I received no invitations to stay here…..

I also still look fondly back on our GA cruise in September of 2018. That was a great cruise! I am actually sailing NCL again later this month, also for my birthday. A quick three-day on the Sky. Then I will be back to my new favorite, Yacht Club on MSC for September, November and December. Hopefully we will bump into each other again in the future. Hi Dave…so happy to hear from you. Yeah…that cruise in 2018 was great. I’m so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people while cruising. Took my GF to the Mediterranean in the Yacht Club (Divina?) before the shut down. Beautiful ship. Loved the Yacht Club, but still prefer the Haven in NCL. Wishing you a (pre) HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I’m sure you’ll enjoy yourself. Let us know how that goes! This cruise is actually my birthday (June) present to myself.
Colorado Buffalo Posted July 12, 2022 #255 Share Posted July 12, 2022 Other than the pool deck how busy or full of people does it feel like? Are reservations sold out for the shows ? Specialty restaurants ?

Are reservations sold out for the shows ? Specialty restaurants ? Doesn’t feel as crowded given it’s at capacity. Elevators are quick. Entertainment venues probably a good idea to get to them early (30+ minutes) otherwise you’ll be SRO. Concierges make all my dinner plans for me. So, probably not fair for me to comment on reservations at the Specialty restaurants. but, overall you’d never think there are nearly 4,000 people on board. Even the Garden Cafe is very well run! planning folks and crew keep things moving well. 2
Rare graphicguy Posted July 12, 2022 Author #257 Share Posted July 12, 2022 Love….LOVE the waterfront. Forgot to take pics of the food, but at in La Cuccina. Last time I ate there it was, at best. “Meh”. They have really stepped up their game. I did get pics of the menu…. Very, very good!!!!

Word of advice….the dailies are in the NCL APP. I only use it to make my plans while on board while using my iPhone. Much easier and convenient!
Rare graphicguy Posted July 13, 2022 Author #268 Share Posted July 13, 2022 So, late night at ‘ye old casino Last night. And, finally dug myself out of my hole. I’m now…..wait for it…..an entire $15 in the black 🤘 A little rant….Hold’em is “my” game. NCL has a cash game every night. Just about the same people play. I’m a pretty laid back and affable person. It takes a lot for me to walk away from a table. But, all cruise, there has been one guy who…. -doesn’t like they way some of us play our hands -doesn’t like the rules NCL implements -doesn’t like this, doesn’t like that Not sure if he thinks it’s some sort of tactic, but it’s irritating as heck. Finally walked away from the table in the middle of a hand (i had already folded) because I couldn’t tolerate him any more. Just a miserable person who I could.no longer stand to be around! rant over

We did pack away our dirties in these, but didn't request laundry service. Still have them and use them for groceries now! So graphicguy, what changed from April to now buddy? 🙂

No one rip! 😂
