Dancing Shoes Posted June 8, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2022 I booked 2 excursions for Alaska. One used my on-board credit and Visa. The second one was Visa. The excursion was canceled. I now have that OBC available. I want that applied to the second one that was all on Visa. Is this something they can do? I don't want to cancel and rebook, as these excursions were on sale. I explained the situation and they were able to cancel the credit card reservation and rebook it (at full price) and then apply a price adjustment to give me the sale price using my OBC. You just have to be patient and may have to explain it several times, but if you get to the right person it should be able to be done. I called Captains Club at 800-760-0654.
