"MY SAILING" on Royal App

I don't know the WHY, but I do know that you should reach out to them to get it fixed. When we went on Allure in March, we had 4 rooms linked together and somehow in the process it disconnected me from my room and no longer showed the "My Sailing". It prevented me from being able to make any reservations onboard or complete the muster drill. After standing in line forever at guest services, they took me over to the internet person who was quick to realize that I had been disconnected from my room. She was able to update it and everything worked fine, but a big waste of time on the first day.
