Dining change & app

Have not cruised with RCCL in a long time.  I have two questions.  We may need to change from anytime dining to early assigned dining.  It appears that earliest time for anytime is 6:45P.  We have a diabetic who may need earlier time.  Cannot find any way to do this online?  Do we have to call to make the change?  Also, I downloaded app.  Both reservations are showing but I can do nothing.  I thought you could make reservations for dining, excursions, etc through app prior to sailing.  We sail Nov 16, 2022.  Any help appreciated...thanks!

Call or have your TA call to make the dining change.

Yes. 

All the bookings pre cruise need to be done in the planner in a browser - the app only works on board.

Once you are onboard you can use the app to make show reservations.

Excursions you can book on website thru cruise planner or you can wait and book onboard.   We prefer to pre book excursions on cruise planner as some sell out.

Thank you for your help.  We donot require any specil diets.  We have all excursions, mostly private, not RCCL, confirmed. We have decided to leavedining as is until we are on board.

Send an email to rcldining@rccl.com and they’ll make the change for you.

We called to change from My Time Dining to early dining because even though we were able to make the 6:45 reservations, it was still too late for us.  If I had realized that when we booked, I would have selected Early  to start with.
