Want to book a cruise and my ncl rep isn’t getting back to me

I emailed my NCL rep stating which cruise and cabin number I’d like to book. She called me back many hours later but  I was out so I told her I’d call her back. I called her twice and sent her 2 emails. It’s 3 days now.
What would you do? Should I just call and book with any other rep? I do not want to wait much longer so I can get the cabin I’d like plus the cruise is a little cheaper right now.
thank you!

Just one of the reason's I don't bother booking with NCL. I book with a TA, I tell them the cruise date, ship and cabin number we are trying to get. They always get back within an hour or two..... with better pricing than NCL

Like many workers, even personal cruise consultants are permitted to take days off.  Or perhaps they are out sick.  Or experiencing a death in the family.  By all means, if you aren’t hearing back from then as fast as you would like, then call the main number and book with whoever answers the phone.  Or do it online.  If your cruise consultant calls later about the cruise, just tell them you waited a reasonable amount of time and decided to use an alternative method in order to lock in the price.  Have them review the reservation to see if there is any lower cost options that were missed.

for years i booked thru casinos at sea. one fine day i get a phone call from an ncl cruise consultant.

the 1st thing i asked was what can they do for me that i cant do for myself, since i never had any trouble booking . they advised that t he process would be easier so for a few years i gave her a try. while she was a wonderful human being, whenever i called her, her figures were always different than mine (and usually higher) i used to get so frustrated, i had to have mu wife talk to her, as i couldnt deal with it any longer. one dy i decided to call cas to check if my cc was actually giving me a deal, and lo and behold, a brand new world of offers, prices and choices (including a comped club balcony suite) that heretofore my cc knew nothing about. this new person i found on casinos at sea i believe is a godsend as far as working reservations go. i look up a cruise on ncl website, tell her what a i want for the cabin, and voila! i get a confirmation in the email.

im not putting down or bad mouthing the cruise consultants, i just prefer to no longer use that service

Thank you

i just felt bad to book with her but I don’t want to lose the cabin and cheaper price

I just book it online

thanks again

Good. You booked online.

You could have just called general reservations if you want help making a reservation.

Bottom line is that cruise consultants make money and keep their jobs by selling cruises. If your consultant didn't call back, her loss. When I am trying to make a booking, I am not going to sit around waiting for a call back. The first person able to help me gets the sale.

Speaking of PCCs not calling back.....I just started using one.  Things have been going well, however there are two price drops on two future cruises we have booked.  I emailed him first thing Friday morning,  followed up with a text in the afternoon and have yet to hear back from him.   Can I call NCL directly and get the price adjustments myself or do I have to go through my PCC since he booked the cabins?

I use CAS exclusively because I get a comped room.  But if I didn't gamble and was paying, I'd probably find a good TA, where I can pickup some OBC or other benefit, before calling the general 800 number or reserving online.
