I read in the Pinnacle Certificate T&Cs that it applies to the sailing pinnacle is achieved or the next cruise. But is it the next new booking? Because the one I will achieve is only $900, and the one after is a casino comp, as are a few others. And others already booked use FCCs and/or are with 2x points.

 

So I'm hoping it's the next NEW booking!

 

Anybody have any experience? (rather than interpretations of the T&C....)

real experience. post covid shutdown, please!

You can use your Pinnacle free cruise certificate on any cruise you want.  A new cruise, a booked cruise.  It's free if you use it on a 7 night cruise in a balcony.  Otherwise, it's a $2400 discount on anything else.

 

There are other rules and restrictions, but I just wanted to address your basic questions.  🙂
