Check in status - confused

Hi all - assistance needed. On the website it says we’re fully checked in and ready to board, on the app it states we have to provide vaccination status which as it happens we gave them for our May cruise and nothings changed! I assume we have to provide it again but really not very efficient or customer friendly.

Understand the hassle, but our ‘status’ may change between cruises, so we need to update it each time. Did it on the App, but still got emails to ‘update’ then go to it and the App would say Fully Checked In, but still get the emails….started just deleting them.

 

And you are aware of the final health questions the day prior. But you need to upload your shot cards.

I've checked in for 3 cruises in August when they first opened up.    All of them the Vaccination Confirmation was not approved until 20 days prior to the cruise.  May vary by cruise but  you can just present it on checkin if not approved.

We checked in on a computer, including uploading our vaccine cards. Two weeks later the app still didn’t show that we were verified. Tried again on the app, and got the check mark witching a few hours .
